I understand. I must say it is great the way you have taken to the Hamptons after being in Fl. Certainly a different lifestyle. My only concern is that you have become a resident in a relatively small community. My fantasy has always to become the slave (and friend) of a beautiful Mistress on a consistent basis. Winter

Winter was hard very cold and long I wanted to spend my winters in South Florida but I  had my thyroid removed surgery st. Francis Hospital in Queens which is excellent excellent excellent 5 stars 

now taking thyroid medication to keep me balanced & my bodying l working at the normal level that it should be. Lots of changes of the way IE and the way you exercise it all helps everything now says taking the sonogram and the scans they all show clear .cancer free yeah! starting my life over much healthier and with much more energy. Always do your check ups this was a routine checkup and a new nodule showed up so always always do your routine checkups. If I did not do my check up by the time I was 15 I would be dead. You really brings things into perspective of what's important health is number one ! I would like to start doing my bodybuilding career but that's the age 40 isn't it great !

So I'm definitely looking for some cow partners in the SouthHampton area .

Hello 2014

A recap on 2013 , It was all about Health ! all for the Best .
A big life changer in health.( thyroidectomy )
I will get into details in my future posts on my experience ,which i am still dealing with .Will be writing about it when completed .Bringing your mortally into light gives you a new sense of time.

Getting my vision board out and more determined in achieving
old and new goals in health,happiness ,family,Travel and New adventures .I say new adventures
cause I do not like to think of working in life.I want to love what I am doing and that freedom of expression in this day of age were the possibilities are endless ,how exciting and fun.

I just found a new software that helps with me writing my ideals into books which is really great.
Not every book has to be this big
masterpiece ,thank goodness
Just want to bring my thoughts to light and look at my work of many forms of Art,Books,Movies,Pictures  and so on ! and then go on to the next.Open to be creative.
Having these ideas aways knocking on my door can be frustrating, if you don't give them any attention.
My day planner and my calendar are my new best friends .

So for 2014  I have made a list of things I want to achieve long and short .telling myself its not a race its a marathon and no one is more of a critic then you are to yourself so easy up and enjoy life and be as positive as can be. Don't worry about anyone else but yourself thats more then enough to handle. your only job in life is to be the best person you can be mentally, emotionally ,sprilalltily. work on yourself its the best gift you can give to others. knowing your not promises tomorrow .wake up everyday trying to make it better then the next.

I know today the only true happiness comes from with in and I prey that i fined my way in life and live a long happy one at best.

so i got this new apple the blow up on my in the first 3 months . I am so disappointed. anyway I got it fixed. now I need to get a good camcorder to do clips4sale.
looking online but it goes from $199 to $4,000 lol
I guess ill start with the cheap one the work my way up to the best one.
now I  have to find a software to water ink my pictures and videos.
I need about 5 people to work for me or more..
lets start with a maid.
then make up artiest ,nails,my long hair to my ass, personal shopper, a photograph /video /film /clips.crew. back drops.
a great airbrush ,video editor.
I am know left to do this all myself.
this is such bullshit.
like I have time to be all these people. its craze.
oooo and lets not forget get back in shape after a few life kickers.
I have a list the goes for miles.
I truley have to fight every day to get closer to my goals.
year fly bye. I have to put in 8 to 12 hr days.
what happen to the good days. I got up a 12 noon. had a different date at the best restaurants.
then danced at the strip clubs. went to after hours to party with all the club people.
made tons of cash and do it all over again.

Last Visit to Connecticut !

My last visit to Connecticut was very nice all the leaves had changed to beautiful reds,yellows and to bad I didn't have a hand full of mushrooms ,those are the best .giggle giggle.

the pot now a days is to strong but that didn't stop from inquiring about seeing a www.medical-marijuana.com site to see if i could get a appointment and get a medical marijuana card.

I found out out you have to live in the state like Connecticut or Jersey .Boooo

But they did let me fill out a form on there site to be put in a waiting list to see a dr .

in New York for when it does become legal near were I live.

I will be very happy when this happens.

suffering many yr from panic attacks I want to get the medicine in oil/ smoke or even to cook with to help.

 Xanax is not healthy but its the only thing that works at this time.

plus I cant wait to be able to have my very own plants.It would be nice to have a store but the feds aren't  worth it!

Now waiting to get on the New London ferry its taking forever.get off get on the green port ferry then the last on 

from shelter Island to Sag Harbor what a trip but its better then dealing with the traffic from NYC Manhattan

to the Hamptons. bumper to bumper.

they call it the trade paraded .lol the first time i hear that I didn't understand but now I do .there is a huge amount 

of truck coming in and out every day just to work. there is no recession in the hamptons.

I even saw a guy buy a 8 million dollar house then demolish it to build a bigger house.

With all this money you would think the town of east hampton,southampton or surrounding  areas would fix the 

the roads there the worse it have every seen or felt.I have hurt my back many times on theses roads.

pot holes and crack that are so big you can hear your car crack and wonder why your wheel hasn't fallen off.

I come from the bronx the poorest  part of the 5 boroughs and they have better roads.

only can hope to get new ones soon.

2013 The Summer in Connecticut !

The house in the Hamptons was all rented out and I found a nice place to live near the Casino area and right on the river. So nice and green ! so much more country then i expected .Lots of farm with nice houses with 5 or more horses .The rocks & trees are all cover with green moss. It felt like i was in a hobbit movie .lol
the people are very nice so lets say I had a very relaxing summer.
The only thing that screwed up all my plans was that i invested in a very expensive apple computer that I waited for a very long time to learn that the logic board is fried. so I had to get it fixed. then to find out were I was staying had very bad wifi signal .Oh my god .I wanted slap everyone that came to close to me. Between the computer and signal I was frustrated to no end.
So the summer gave me no way to productive in all the ways I want to online .
I got the computer fixed and now back with good wifi.
I can start back up were I left off.

Its been a few months !

 well its Life that get a hold on you.

I rented out my house in the Hamptons. all the tenants end up showing up early.

so everything had to be rushed to get everything done.

once I got out of the house I bought a trailer so I can travel anywhere I like.

going into the city was going to be a pain with traffic. so I looked at Connecticut. and the 3 ferry rides.sag harbor to shelter island,Greenport to Orient point to new london way just as long as to Manhattan but with out miles and traffic .Its a very nice ride and there is food and a bar. 

once I got to Ct I wanted to be near the Mohegan Sun and foxwoods casinos. that means I get the great quiet life of the Trailer on the river just a few feet away which i made up a new sport called water rock climbing .Just like rock climbing but going up fresh water with the restraints.its great everyone can do it.the worst happens you go down stream to the next trail.the water is 2 feet to your waist but many nice round rocks to hold on to .which there is a dam so its low and high on different days.

 then the casino when I want to go to a nice dinner or shop,and concerts.plus some gambling.

the people in ct are very nice .the land feels like the movie the hobbit. very green.

the only draw back was the internet & phone connection is very bad. so I had the worst time trying to be productive online.

I will be glad to get back to the hamptons so i can processed in my journey in my book,blog,pay sites.

I am looking into making my own production company so i can make good quality movies & clips.
