Youtube pain In my ass!

Youtube has been a real pain. 2 of my videos were flagged and i keep it clean .so I don't know what to do to get my act open again so i can continue to upload my videos.So i wait .its gives me a error sign that i can not upload .then i read some were for 14days .this is crazy stupid compare to the views i see online .since i can't upload my video here is a xmas pics.Happy holidays
